1. Validity concerning business holder and definitions of terms

The presentation of the goods in our internet shop does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our side, but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

(1) The indicated prices include the legal value added tax (13%) and other price components. Any shipping costs will be added.
(2) The consumer has the possibility of payment in advance (bank transfer) or PayPal.
(3) If the consumer has chosen payment in advance (bank transfer), he undertakes to pay the purchase price immediately after the conclusion of the contract.
5. Retention of title
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been fully paid.
6. Right of withdrawal of the customer as consumer
Consumers are entitled to a right of revocation in accordance with the following provision, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes which can predominantly be attributed neither to his commercial nor his self-employed professional activity.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within fourteen days without giving reasons.
The withdrawal period shall be fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party other than the carrier designated by you took possession of the goods.

You will need to send a clear statement (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post) of your decision to revoke this Agreement.
If you revoke this agreement, we shall reimburse you immediately and no later than fourteen days from the date on which we received notice of your revocation of this agreement for all payments we have received from you, including delivery charges (other than additional charges arising from your choice of a method of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). Such refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you and in no event will you be charged for such refund.
We may refuse a refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proved that you have returned the Goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event within fourteen days of the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract at the latest. This period shall be deemed to have been observed if you dispatch the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
The statutory warranty regulations apply.

The contract language can be in german and english.
9. Data protection
The contractual partner agrees that his personal data (name, address, telephone number and e-mail address) may be processed for the purpose of order process. Furthermore, these data may be processed by the delivery company for the purpose of sending the goods.
This consent can be revoked at any time.
