The highlight of our pumpkin farming season is undoubtedly harvest time. This year, the entire family was involved in harvesting the pumpkins.

After the pumpkins were harvested, we began processing the pumpkin seeds. A special machine efficiently separated the pulp from the seeds. These pumpkin seeds are the true treasure within the pumpkin.

The cleaned pumpkin seeds are gently roasted and then pressed to extract the valuable Styrian pumpkin seed oil. This process requires precision and patience to ensure that the oil is of the highest quality and has the characteristic taste for which it is known.
