How quickly do you ship after payment?

Once we have received the outstanding amount, we will ship within 1-3 business days.

Has your Styrian pumpkin seed oil won any awards?

Yes, every year we take part in the Styrian pumpkin seed oil awards and have won the gold medal for nine consecutive years :)

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, in Austria we offer free shipping for orders over € 89.00

Do you also ship on Fridays?

No, because otherwise the packages will be stored in parcel distribution centers over the weekend. The fluctuating temperature can lead to a loss of quality of the pumpkin seed oil.
